Who is eligible?

Anyone 18 years or older that is in need of minimal assistance with daily living care, with the purpose to live independently in a safe environment.

What costs are associated with Assisted Living?

Costs include all meals, housekeeping services and nursing assistance if needed. There is a $500 non-refundable deposit to secure your room. Call us for current pricing 307-455-2645. Also see Assisted Living Costs.

My dad needs help with his medications.  Can you help him with that?

Yes.  We have a licensed Nurse that sets up your medications, reorders medications and obtains new prescriptions through your medical doctor.

Do you accept payment from Medicaid?

To receive payment from Medicaid, you must first apply for the Medicaid Waiver. Then, once approved you will have to pay room and board as Medicaid only covers assistance with daily living activities. Call for current pricing.

What is the Respite and Short Term Care program?

Respite care is available for someone undergoing rehabilitation or recovering from an illness, a fall or joint replacement. The care is also available for a family caregiver who needs to travel. It also provides an opportunity to “try out” and see if assisted living is right for them.

What does it take to qualify for  residence?

Anyone 18 years or older who needs assistance with cooking, cleaning, bathing and taking medications.

What is the admissions process?

An assessment is done by your medical provider to determine that you are medically stable. Also your provider will get a physical at the time with a complete list of your medications. Once that is complete we discuss a move in date.

As my loved one ages and they are able to do less for themselves, what happens?

Precise and accurate charting is done whenever there is a physical or physiological change in residents. Once it is established that this is the resident’s new level of care, their functional status is evaluated. It is then determined if assisted living is the appropriate living situation for them. If unable to help participate in bathing, dressing, feeding themselves, assisted living is no longer is the appropriate level of care.

May I bring my car?

Yes, and there is ample parking for vehicles.

What are the visiting hours?

The Lodge with your private apartment is your home and visitors are always welcome. The doors are locked at night from 9pm to 6am; there is a night nurse on duty who has the keys.
